Our Story

J. Clayborn's Bakery & Cafe has been a beloved part of the Lebanon, Tennessee community since 1947. With over 70 years of tradition and excellence, we’ve built a reputation for quality, flavor, and hospitality that keeps generations coming back. Originally established by the Clayborn family, the bakery was purchased by the Smith family in 2022, who proudly continue the legacy of handcrafted baked goods and timeless recipes.
