We’re J. Clayborn's Bakery & Cafe, a proud locally owned and operated bakery serving Lebanon, TN since 1947. With over 70 years of tradition, we continue to use our original recipes and specialize in custom cakes crafted with care and creativity. Our Story

J. Clayborn's Bakery & Cafe has been a beloved part of the Lebanon, Tennessee community since 1947. With over 70 years of tradition and excellence, we’ve built a reputation for quality, flavor, and hospitality that keeps generations coming back. Originally established by the Clayborn family, the bakery was purchased by the Smith family in 2022, who proudly continue the legacy of handcrafted baked goods and timeless recipes.

At J. Clayborn's, we specialize in a wide variety of delicious offerings—from our warm, flaky pastries and fresh-baked breads to hearty breakfast plates and satisfying lunch options. Very happy to have a decent lunch meat & 3 at what I thought was a good breakfast place(it is that too) with a nice list of Snow White type vegetables and entrees..very tasty, fair price.. Forgot to mention: they had a wide selection of donuts ,apple fritters ,they do cakes, and they open at 6 AM for breakfast . Location is right next to Baskin-Robbins on W. Main St.
